Important Notes:
- Applications will be accepted September 22 - 29, 2025 - online ONLY (Link to be posted here for registration).
- Accepted teams will be notified on or before October 3, 2025. Teams will have until October 8, 2025 to confirm their registration with full payment (non-refundable).
- Hotel blocks in Strathmore are limited and will be assigned by the tournament committee. Your team must be prepared to stay in Calgary (25-minute drive to Strathmore).
